By default, turnkey/ Concept-to-Completion project comes with a user manual and documents.
We usually require the device, possibly the firmware, schematics, software, and any other supporting information to complete a user manual.
This process requires undergoing vigorous testing by our engineers and various age group. In some case we might suggest improve in either the firmware or hardware or both to rectify any problem encountered during our testing.
What is require to complete a ‘User Manual’ Project:
The actual device
Schematics (necessary if any hardware problem detected during our testing)
Firmware (necessary if any hardware problem detected during our testing)
Results:
A user manual which include troubleshooting, setup, technical support, and other contents
